Galatoire’s

Waiters preparing for another day at Galatoire’s restaurant on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter of New Orleans. The place is an authentic legend. It was started in 1897 by Jean Galatoire, an immigrant from a small village in France near the Pyrenees.

Many of the waiters have been here for decades. Their service and skills are exceptional … just like everyone else at Galatoire’s, from the chefs to the bus boys who work out of sight.
